Koen joined OCAS Ventures as Investment Manager in 2008.
Koen has 10 years of experience in business consulting and market intelligence.
After graduation, he started as a business consultant at Deloitte. His projects were in the area of business process engineering, activity-based costing, inventory optimization and implementation of supporting IT-systems in various industries (telecommunications, consumer goods, high-tech)
In 2000 he joined McKinsey & Company as a research analyst. After a period as a generalist, he became part of McKinsey’s basic materials practice, a group of specialist consultants and industry analysts dedicated to the sectors of mining, metals and pulp & paper. Within this practice, Koen supported consulting teams worldwide with strategic analysis on the sectors of (upstream) carbon steel and primary aluminium. |
